SENSORY PLANT ACTIVITY KIT- POTHOS

Therapeutic garden activities are designed to engage your senses, improve focus, and restore hand dexterity. I created this product during my experience with Cushing’s Disease, when chronic pain, insomnia, and high cortisol left me struggling. With a background in Therapeutic Landscape Design and Horticulture Therapy, I turned to nature for relief. One day, I placed a few Pothos cuttings in a jar of water and set it by my window. As I prepared the arrangement, I noticed my mind felt calmer and my pain less overwhelming. Each plant activity kit is freshly grown and cut right before shipping from my garden design studio.
