THE STONYBROOK STORY
Stonybrook Landscape Design creates individualized garden spaces that inspire resilience and good health. I specialize in therapeutic landscape design that embraces plant therapy with supportive modifications. This unique approach guides the creation of each benign garden by including plants that stimulate our five senses. My favorite outdoor havens include Sensory Plant Therapy Gardens and ADA Accessible Landscapes.
My love for nature began in Chester, NJ on a magical woodland property that my family named 'Stonybrook'. There really is a cool brook that winds throughout the woods. On hot summer days, I still join generations of family at the swimming hole under the big wooden rumble bridge.

A. The original 'Stonybrook' sign displays each of the families that live on the property.
B. Every summer, my dad and cousins build a dam with the large stones in our brook. It's the perfect place to cool off and catch up with family.
C. The big wooden rumble bridge welcomes family and friends. The White House, once an inn for tired travelers, has since become a place where our family has created lasting memories for generations.
D. Up the hill from the White House is a Swiss chalet. It was built by my grandmother's Aunt & Uncle. From the porch, we can hear the soothing sounds of the brook. It's small and charming, perfect for a woodland visit.
